      Misused by employees , efficiency is in question, Some of the employee are black mailing their managers difficult situation for long run, If it is a charitable organisation then it is okey to adopt this initiation blindly. Real impartial judgement is not on place

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
