Pros
Excellent benefits is about the only positive to working in this area of MSU. Retirement plan is great but the HealthTeam pay is so low you can't afford to stay unless you have a dual income.
Cons
Worst pay in my entire career, was promised a raise with the new budget but it didn't happen. A lot of promises made from the COO in HealthTeam Operations but not followed through. Not the best move working under someone with NO medical knowledge at all!
