Pros
Great way to meet people and make friends while in school.
Cons
Management treats you like a peon, minimum wage even if you are doing the same tasks as the full time staff. Several times I was asked to come in early because a full time employee could not come in that day and I accomplished everything that day. The management did not even give me a thank you or a good job. Yet I'm paid a tiny fraction of what the full time staff is paid.
