There was no opportunity for growth in this office, and employees were often underpaid and overworked. The supervisors and directors were micromanagers to the extreme, and there was no sense of reward or satisfaction in the job function, which was often dry and frustrating. Additionally, the older staff members were not knowledgeable about their roles, making it even more challenging to work in this environment. The town where the office was located had a high crime rate and terrible weather, making the situation even more difficult.
