Pros
Guaranteed pay clinic setting some coworkers were enjoyable
Cons
children are abused and neglected and treated as animals for the sake of “research” (most of the “findings” they have don’t make sense and are not practical or consider BTs at all). i didn’t used to think aba could be abusive until i worked here. reported issues and was met with snarky remarks and had blame shifted to me. i reported faking of data and true neglect that i have nightmares about to this day. children coming in having no issues w the bathroom and all of a sudden now that’s the focus of treatment. it’s because the techs are abusing the children and when people attempt to report they’re pushed out. i attempted to let management know about faking data and abuse and was ignored. i pity the families and children who get treatment from here. not to mention how they didn’t clean the clinics at all and i got hand and foot mouth disease from working in the lansing clinic. stay far away and if your children are in here take them out or you will regret it. the BCBAs act the way they do to not let parents know what’s really going on. if your child goes here and has issues with the bathroom PLEASE RUN AWAY. your child was abused if this is an experience you had. pay is extremely low, to the point it’s a joke. also they will tell you they’ll do supervision for you if you don’t go to MSU but that’s a lie they don’t make money off non MSU students
