Pros
The staff was very invested in my development as a student and employee. I was given great tools to be successful after college. Created a challenging atmosphere where hard work really paid off.
Cons
Under constant scrutiny from other students, faculty, and staff. There are is a problem of over meeting and not enough project execution. Program under constant threat of being cut due to funding.
