Pros
Ample time off, good benefits, and a nice area to work. Most of the people are competent. While there is not a lot of diversity in the workplace there is plenty of diversity on campus.
Cons
Complacency has caused many workers to underperform. 20% of the people do 80% of the work. They don't put much interest in their employees until it's too late.
