The floors are terrible, can wear and tear on your feet and shoes depending on what department you're in. (Anywhere but the systems department).
The commission is pretty weak compared to other commission jobs, you literally have to bend over backwards to get a decent paycheck.
Hours are crappy. You may do 9 hour shifts (10 hours including unpaid lunch which is utterly insane).
Have to show up to the store 3 hours before the store opens to put away merchandise that you get paid $6 an hour for which is to me the major deal breaker working there. Micro Center is way too cheap to properly pay employees.
There's more cons but these are the major ones in working here.
