Most employees and managers are lazy
No raises!! Been there for quite some time and have asked for reviews and all new hires make more then their older employees.
High turnover rate (Only 2 or 3 employees have been there for more then a year)
Focus to much on numbers (Selling replacement plans, emails, credit cards, ect.)
Employees are cut throat when it comes to replacement plans and sales people will steal them to get the extra money.
Get your schedule ~36 hours before it starts but they require 4 weeks notice for time off requests.
