Pros

None, really not a viable option if you want to make a living and not kill your body in the process.

Cons

Limited PPE was given, poor benefits, horrible pay, atrocious working conditions (dusty, pyrethrin sprayed [pesticide] workplace and management that think ozone producing\leaking hydroxyl generators are perfectly safe to use in a retail setting)and constantly being asked to do things that would have been horrible for my health made working here unbearable . The lack of care for its employees and obsession with the bottom line will kill this company.

I am sorry that you are having difficulty in your current role and I assure you that we are always evaluating the pay and benefits for all our associates. Our records indicate that we addressed your concerns several months ago when you came forward. Whatever PPE you need, please let us know. We, like many retailers, routinely engage a nationwide pest control service to keep our buildings pest free using only the safest methods. When the restrooms were inoperable, we had them repaired immediately by a third party that utilized standard UL-approved generators. -if you can hustle you can make decent money -room for growth if you can get cool with everyone

-have to meet the metrics -some of the areas to grow have favoritism

Cons

As a smaller, specialized retailer, organizational growth and upward mobility may take longer compared to larger big-box companies. Resources and infrastructure are still evolving in certain areas, which can require leaders to be more hands-on. High expectations and pace can create pressure during peak periods, requiring strong prioritization and resilience. Some systems and processes have a learning curve, particularly for leaders coming from larger, more standardized organizations.
