Home office looks down on you and pay is less than fast food. Backing up porn and installing ram and selling extended warranties was treated as more important than working at NASA. So don't miss a day.

Cons

As a smaller, specialized retailer, organizational growth and upward mobility may take longer compared to larger big-box companies.
