Our employees are at the heart of Micro Focus and we’re glad that you also recognize the value we place on our colleagues and talent globally. As a company a core part of our strategy is to support our customer’s products for the long term, always looking at ways to continue to innovate and bring more value to protect their existing investments. This does mean some of our products are more mature, but we also have highly innovative new products. We appreciate that there’s been a lot of rapid growth and change recently, but plans are in place and we’re moving forward towards stabilisation.
