Average HR Policies, Office infrastructure, Facilities, no good policy to save taxes. Bad managers as they can't convey salary correction requests of senior employees to management. Many cases of a 3yrs & 10yrs developer in same team getting same salary. Decades old products which are loosing customers. No learnings.
