Good work life balance . Good medical insurance plans. Lots of opportunity for freshers to learn No Micro Managements based on team CEO gives updates about financial results and bonus is based on that. Company provided chairs and tables to employee during covid time
Cons
Company is forcing employee to come office and work . No Cab facilities. No Proper cafeteria post Covid. No transparent policy on salary . People who are joining are always get better paid than old employee Very high iteration rate for old employees Annual salary is not good
