Cons

Management doesn’t make any goddamn sense. The “team leads” have a lot of responsibility, but aren’t trained well. I’ve been screamed at several times by one of them. Out of the 30 people in my department 1 of them is black and 3 of them are women.

Pros

Good people sprinkled out between different departments. Some are more willing to help than others

Cons

No direction, no innovation, no room for ideas, everything is dictated by overseas counterparts in Taiwan. No strategy to navigate during economic hardship, Unless you are Asian at this company, you will not feel welcomed.
