Pros
* Most team members I've encountered have a solid work ethic & want to do well at their jobs -- at Micron, people aren't afraid to work hard toward common goals * Global company with opportunities to interact with people from many different cultures; Travel/assignments to other global sites, depending upon your function & area * Development has become more important at Micron, looks like the company is starting to implement more programs that support team members in growing their skills
Cons
Some departments/areas at the company haven't caught up with the more progressive ones, in terms of work/life balance, flex-time, etc. Perhaps there are still some leadership issues to iron out?
