Pros
Company cares about its employees and is always looking for ways to make the company a better one to work for. Lots of communication from upper management. We have had some ups and downs over the past year but the company has been spiraling upwards with the economy which in turn has provided great opportunity for its employees.
Cons
Too many differences between how each shift is run and how each department is run, needs more consistence. Some of the team leads are not suited for their positions. Programs are phased out constantly with new programs coming in every year. The amount of extra accountability they are trying to push can get a little redundant. Could use some better company standardization, each fab has it's own way of doing things. Not much room for moving out of current position. There are few opportunities to move out of your current job role. If you are good at your job they will keep you there even if you apply for another position.
