The subject matter is very interesting. Developing and manufacturing memory chips presents a new challenge every day.
Cons
The culture is very old. Management expects you to work more. There is no real development despite HR programs. Training is superficial. Senior management gets away with whatever bad behavior they want so long as the manufacturing numbers are met. The new CEO implemented a force yearly layoff program.
