Pros
- Time off program is better than average for the area - Health/vision/dental insurance is great - Most people are smart
Cons
- Very little opportunity to grow - Pay not competitive with area (especially compared to IT) - Market adjustments (pay raises) are on the extremely low side (1-2%) - Too silo'd, most groups not communicating as they should which leads to unnecessary overhead work - Work can become very repetitive if not moving every 2-3yrs - Work not engaging and exciting at times
