Pros

Good working environment and colleague. Excellent Benefit. Flexible working hours. The future of this company is promising.

Cons

1. No increment due to semicon industry downterm. Even being promoted. Can you imagine how ridiculous is even after promotion, job responsibility is more but still taking same salary as newly joined fresh grad? 2. Regardless of contribution or performence, everyone having same performance rate. 3. Lower monthly salary compare to market. 4. In the cross-country team, there's a significant salary disparity between employees in Singapore and Malaysia. Additionally, the fact that the manager in Malaysia holds the same organizational level as an engineer in Singapore, further exacerbates the situation. This scenario could lead to employees in Malaysia feeling uneasy and possibly considering job changes to pursue better career prospects.

Pros

Strong organizational growth – The company is continuously expanding, which creates exciting opportunities for career development and new challenges. Attractive RSU compensation – With the recent significant rise in stock price, the RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) package has become a highly rewarding part of the overall compensation.

Cons

Organizational silos – Each team or department tends to operate in its own silo, which can limit cross-functional collaboration and visibility into what other groups are working on. Overly strict internal security policies – While data security is important, the current policies can be excessively restrictive, making it difficult to share documents and resources even among colleagues working toward the same goals. This can slow down productivity and hinder efficient collaboration.
