Pros
Lots of growth ahead with Market recovery and data center growth with DRAM, HBM, CXL and LP memory products. Orgs that are wonderful to work with are - Global Corporate Marketing, Procurement, Portions of CNBU(Pricing, Client and Data Center Segment teams, CXL), Channel, Sales, Procurement, EBU. CNBU is run by an awesome leader and I could see him become the CEO some day. Current CEO Sanjay and Chief Business Officer Sumit, Procurement chief Manish and IT CIO Anand, Global Comms Erica are fantastic and CNBU chief Raj. The use of AI in manufacturing is mind blowing. There are some amazing great people working here and working here is challenging and fun and there is a ton of growth. DEG is great to collaborate and work with.
Cons
People's Org - Could setup an true anonymous feedback tool for employees, have 50% women representation, Pay transparency, company is under employed by 10-15%, no privacy when you ask a question in an exec department meeting it is shared with your manager. Co-Innovation : With ecosystem partners can benefit with new products. IT Tools : Are improving but a ton of work, love to see more industry standard tools vs. excel. Trade show representation for Micron brand could improve. Culture - If you reach out to HR(my recommendation is definitely not to), HR mostly supports VP / Director and your life could be hell in my personal experience. Some times I have noticed engineering does too many synthetic benchmarks vs. collaborate with partners. Use less projections and more benchmarks with standardized tools.
