Cons
Although Boise is a nice city, the location may be an issue for non-local talent. A work grind culture exists here, so hopefully you enjoy your job. There is an extremely nerdy work environment that isn't for everyone. Departments are vulnerable to cognitive bias issues and cliques due to the uncertainty created by the performance evaluation standards. The quality of your experience will depend on your relationships with your peers and managers.
