Pros

Great new hire integration program. Supervisors check in to see our progress and get feedback on how we are coping. Fresh grads can learn a lot at micron , same goes for experienced workers. Good benefits , other than the normal Leaves, there is family care leave as well to take care of your loved ones. You can buy shares at discounted price. So far 6 months in and the work pace is alright. Can be hectic when datelines for projects are nearing but still manageable with the support of team members. There is a pathway for job advancement and can always check with your supervisor if unsure. Great support. There is aws and performance bonus as well. Wfh on fridays is awesome

Cons

A lot of adhoc things to learn like various micron related training to be completed but the system is buggy so its frustrating sometimes.

Pros

Strong organizational growth – The company is continuously expanding, which creates exciting opportunities for career development and new challenges. Attractive RSU compensation – With the recent significant rise in stock price, the RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) package has become a highly rewarding part of the overall compensation.

Cons

Organizational silos – Each team or department tends to operate in its own silo, which can limit cross-functional collaboration and visibility into what other groups are working on. Overly strict internal security policies – While data security is important, the current policies can be excessively restrictive, making it difficult to share documents and resources even among colleagues working toward the same goals. This can slow down productivity and hinder efficient collaboration.
