Pros
Micron may think of themselves as a small company, but they are a big company, with the good and bad that goes with that. The good news is that they do it better than any of the other big companies I've been at (I tend to be more of a small company guy). The general environment is good, and the ethics at all levels I've seen so far have been outstanding for a company of this size. On boarding was well done, and the tools are good.
Cons
Biggest problem, management tends to think pre-pandemically. Not just related to remote work, but also related to the Boise cost of living. Bottom line, Boise is at least as expensive as Folsom now, even with the lower taxes. But management is still trying to make the case that lower salaries are justified due to a supposed lower cost of living.
