Pros
Salary package is good in portugal, they give you a car and fuel card, good salary and health + life insurance. Stocks also can become something very interesting with time, but be careful as it can be misleading. If you don't want to work, it's very easy to just slack. There's a lot of very good technical people spreaded through the company. You can learn a lot if you are lucky enough to cross paths with these folks.
Cons
The first management level is aweful, they don't really care about people. They create a fake "inclusive" culture, but that doesn't really exist. Also, the job you were hired to do doesn't really matter, what matters is the side "gigs" you do, specially if these have visibility for middle management. The reward culture is very bad, they make you work thinking in the bonus rewards instead of doing a good job in a daily basis. A lot of times managers give good rewards to the people they like instead of the great workers - this doesn't happen always, of course. Portuguese "old school" managers disguised as "people managers" - worst deception in my 20y+ carreer.
