Pros

Immediate coworkers not in upper management are amazing and supportive.

Cons

There aren’t any clear distinctions of departments and there are too many tasks to keep up with for poor compensation. Upper management does not listen to what employees need. Schedules are not great(you open and close back to back some days) and your days off are not together every week. The system runs more like a retail business.

Amazing coworkers and manager that will back you up. It's nice helping the public.

Pros

Working at MidPointe Library is good if you are only needing part time work. As a part timer you can do your short shift and leave and not get involved in all of the toxicity.

Cons

The full time hours are strenuous and they pay is not livable. Going from part time to full time allows you to see how bad upper management is and how little they value you. You will spend all of your time there, make no money, and be in a toxic work environment. Everyone talks about each other and you can be really bored.
