Pros

I've been incredibly fortunate to join Middesk and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The company culture is truly exceptional. It's a place where collaboration thrives, and everyone is genuinely invested in each other's success. My team is fantastic - supportive, talented, and always willing to lend a hand. The product itself is innovative and impactful, and I'm proud to be a part of building something that truly makes a difference. Leadership provides strong guidance and empowers employees to take ownership of their work. I'm also grateful for the freedom and flexibility I'm given in my role, which allows me to be creative and find the best solutions to challenges. I highly recommend Middesk to anyone looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career.

Cons

Can't think of any! If you're not willing to wear many hats and be innovative than it's not the place for you.

Pros

-Great people in IC roles -Flexibility when it comes to in office work policy

Cons

Middesk today is nothing like it was a couple of years ago. Leadership seems to make big decisions without including the teams, and by the time anyone hears about them, it's already a done deal. Trying to bring up concerns or give feedback doesn't go anywhere. Instead of listening, leadership gets defensive, and it can feel like you're treated differently for speaking up. That makes people stop sharing their thoughts altogether. The culture has been getting worse, and leadership doesn't seem willing to acknowledge it. A lot of really good people have left because of it. You can't expect talented employees to stick around when they're led by people who don't listen or support their teams.
