      Pros

      Supportive of staff, managers are down to earth and have common sense. Managers of the nursing units are very in tune with and sensitive to the staff.

      Cons

      None really. I've heard that pay is not as competitive as other hospitals and for such a great place to work, that shouldn't be the case. Middlesex tries to hire the best; they should be willing to pay for the best.

      Bad management, bullying. Managers don’t treat you well. Nothing positive to say when your new learning. Only negative feedback from them. Make you feel bad
