Pros
-Excellent healthcare benefits for FT employees including cell phone, theme park, etc discounts available for all employees -Pay is decent the higher your position is but for entry level positions, the pay is on the low end -Employment pretty stable in general -Lots of friendly staff -Some management very nice Overall I enjoy working for Middlesex Hospital- it's not perfect but not bad either.
Cons
- Some departments can be very stressful as with fast paced healthcare enviroments should be expected - Some management difficult to work for - Some physicians need to display a better attitude (rather than thinking they should be catered to so highly) or perhaps a vacation more frequently might help. - Some departments are too gossipy
