      Pros

      Nice working environment, and a nice cubicle/working space is provided. Fast-paced yet comfortable work, certainly not the hardest job I have done. Manager was very kind and helpful.

      Cons

      Somewhat boring and monotonous. In addition, all the difficulties that come with customer service are present in this job. However, it is still awesome to not have to deal with people in person.

      Bad management, bullying. Managers don’t treat you well. Nothing positive to say when your new learning. Only negative feedback from them. Make you feel bad
