-poor work/life balance -can't get a vacation because 1. management doesn't know what they're doing, and 2. not enough contracted employees (they hire way too many per-diems) -turnover rate in the pharmacy department is highest in state for a reason -micro-management -favortism -HR department is a joke, has done nothing about our high turnover rate
