Comfortable place and smaller hospital to quickly learn the process and understand clinically how the inter professional team works together.
Cons
The ladder of enhancing your skills or promotion into other fields within nursing such as leadership or nurse educator are very minimal. They tend to hire outside the hospital in contrast to hiring in house despite years of experience. President of the hospital is nonexistent.
