Pay offers are set. Your experience in the field isn't considered. This is in the outpatient setting positions. I cannot speak to inpatient positions.

Bad management, bullying. Managers don’t treat you well. Nothing positive to say when your new learning. Only negative feedback from them. Make you feel bad
