Your underpaid for the amount of work you put in, Also your expected to do task that PCTs are supposed to be doing but instead you’ll get stuck with them. If you plan on working here keep to yourself as staff wont hesitate to lie and throw you underneath the bus. Also you will be targeted here if they dont like you.

Bad management, bullying. Managers don’t treat you well. Nothing positive to say when your new learning. Only negative feedback from them. Make you feel bad
