Pros
our pay and salaries tend to be in line or better than a lot of local hospitals with similar job titles and positions. the health benefits, paid time off and sick-time are generous. There tends to be flexibility in scheduling around school and family. most of my co-workers are good at their job, and we are proud to provide great medical care to our community.
Cons
upper management are invisible dictators for the most part. the only time we see or hear from them is when there is a big problem, major changes (of which WE had no warning or input) are about to be sprung, or to announce yet another across the board raises for ONLY nurses.
