Great customers, fun coworkers. Profit sharing bonus and retroactive pay. Paid vacations. Executive team is really involved.

Cons

Could be more promotions but only happens when a spot opens up and no-one wants to leave the bank.

Fun staff, good leadership, decent pay for someone without college degree

Cons

Upward mobility takes a long time as many employees have been there forever (a pro since it's such a great place to work), but it means you may be at your position for years with very tiny pay increases each year.
