Job description made it really hard to learn everything especially as a part time employee. Management sometimes didn’t want to be supportive so customers would have to wait a long time for you to “figure something out” Then that transaction you just experienced may not happen often enough to really understand how to efficiently conduct that transaction properly. It’s best if certain people handle certain transactions. Not everyone do everything. I don’t think a customer with a quick transaction should sit around and wait for the customers that came in with more complex transactions are done. There should be more tellers to handle the quick stuff.
