Owner is verbally abuse to employees and is constantly threating to have employees replaced. Popular phrases include: "it doesn't take half a brain" "kindergarteners could do your job" "I'm going to burn everything in the parking lot".

Pros

Good pay for the work, good culture of training and upward mobility within the warehouse within the warehouse. Easy to move around the company if you have hunting experience. A lot of freebees throughout the year and raises every 6 months if you meet productivity standards

Cons

It is difficult to become salaried within the company due to the lack of turnover, do you have to wait your turn and hope you are chosen within the interveiw process.
