Pros

The training is thorough and the work is easy to grasp quickly. The senior management seems to care very much about every employee's well-being, and they show it.

Cons

The warehouse work can be difficult and tedious. Middle management is not as caring or kind as the higher-ups and employee very different tactics from one another (with some exceptions).

Pros

Good pay for the work, good culture of training and upward mobility within the warehouse within the warehouse. Easy to move around the company if you have hunting experience. A lot of freebees throughout the year and raises every 6 months if you meet productivity standards

Cons

It is difficult to become salaried within the company due to the lack of turnover, do you have to wait your turn and hope you are chosen within the interveiw process.
