For a technician, the pay, benefits, hours, and workload is as good as it gets. I love working with vet students.

Cons

If you like to do things yourself (at a fast pace), teaching students isn’t for you. We work at the pace of their learning and they do everything. It’s not fast, but it’s very fulfilling.

Employees like the parties and recognition gifts given at the end of the year This is a good environment for somebody who does not necessarily want to do a lot of work and sit at a computer just because they have to be there for their job

Managers who do not want to be questioned and maintain a status quo Managers who set up performance plans based on no data and no information to to set employees up for failure
