Kathleen Goeppinger is a horrible person. She thrives on drama and rules by fear. She puts on the sweet little old lady face when she is "on" - but in her office she is a narcissist and a habitual liar. She creates drama for her own entertainment, spreads lies, punishes by shunning, and will do anything to keep people from talking to each other without her present. She MUST control the narrative so that people don't compare notes to catch her in her games. She does not trust or support her leadership team, and will not accept any opinions other than her own - or those lapdogs she has trained to nod and agree. She is a disturbed human being and a horrible, nasty person.
