Pros

Plenty of hours, challenging environment, plenty to learn. My schedule was set and I knew when I'd be working. The staff didn't experience (in my opinion) terrible turnover, so it was nice to work with familiar faces.

Cons

The company seemed hesitant to cross train employees on other areas of the line. I also think the hourly cap is low and I believed I was discouraged from working some positions I knew I was superior at just to fill voids in the schedule.
