      Working at Mike’s I generally had great co-workers. Usually a very relaxed environment that was fun because well, bikes!

      Senior co-workers tend to be favored from the higher ups and somewhat hard to move up because of this.

      Good list of brands to get EP deals on. Benefits are actually competitive for the bike industry.

      Cons

      Consistently hire for roles without posting the job internally, After being bought by PON the company has adopted many practices to stifle employees and limit growth to maximize profits at all costs. It feels like it’s being eaten from the inside out and will soon be a shell of what it once was.
