      No transparency and extremely tight lipped about business practices. "At Will" employment only meaning you can be fired/laid off without notice nor severance after many years of service.

      Pros

      Good list of brands to get EP deals on. Benefits are actually competitive for the bike industry.

      Cons

      Consistently hire for roles without posting the job internally, After being bought by PON the company has adopted many practices to stifle employees and limit growth to maximize profits at all costs. It feels like it’s being eaten from the inside out and will soon be a shell of what it once was.
