I’ve had a great experience working for Mikes Bikes. The upper management that as well above store management knows how to take care of their staff, and this is why they’ve been in business for so many years.

Cons

Colorado low pay in the bicycle industry. Hopefully one day this will change.

Good list of brands to get EP deals on. Benefits are actually competitive for the bike industry.

Cons

Consistently hire for roles without posting the job internally, After being bought by PON the company has adopted many practices to stifle employees and limit growth to maximize profits at all costs. It feels like it’s being eaten from the inside out and will soon be a shell of what it once was.
