      1. Extremely streamlined onboarding process 2. By far the healthiest work environment I've ever had 3. I was allowed to grow and make mistakes which allowed me to become a much better employee

      Cons

      1. Salary is far too low for the high cost of living in San Francisco 2. Not a lot of room for growth, the shop management positions seem like significantly more work and stress for not much more money.

      Pros

      Good list of brands to get EP deals on. Benefits are actually competitive for the bike industry.

      Cons

      Consistently hire for roles without posting the job internally, After being bought by PON the company has adopted many practices to stifle employees and limit growth to maximize profits at all costs. It feels like it’s being eaten from the inside out and will soon be a shell of what it once was.
