Pros

The bikes are actually solid. Too bad you’ll never have time to ride one. Discounts on company products… which is great, because you’ll need the employee price to afford them on your salary. Most of your coworkers are genuinely cool people—probably because they’re all trauma-bonded by the workplace dysfunction.

Cons

Leadership is obsessed with being the “Tesla of bikes” but functions more like the Sears of startups. Expect grand promises, last-minute pivots, and a complete lack of direction. The company loves to market “precision engineering,” but internally, everything is held together with duct tape and wishful thinking. Workload is brutal. If you enjoy watching your hobbies, relationships, and sense of personal well-being slowly evaporate, this place is for you!

Pros

Good list of brands to get EP deals on. Benefits are actually competitive for the bike industry.

Cons

Consistently hire for roles without posting the job internally, After being bought by PON the company has adopted many practices to stifle employees and limit growth to maximize profits at all costs. It feels like it’s being eaten from the inside out and will soon be a shell of what it once was.
