      Pros

      Its a job. Rigorous (almost excessive) interviewing process does a good job of sorting out possible employees. As a result, the best part of this job is your fellow co workers. All were fun and ambitious. Free car washes and air fresheners are nice.

      Cons

      The worst part of this job for me was being forced into the "Mike's Way of Life" and the exaggerated personifications of their ideals and mission statement. Interactions with customers felt fake due to the very strict model provided. A very Drink the Coolaid type of vibe as one user said. Management holds you to a standard far beyond what you're paid.

      Great coworkers and team environment. I was excited to come to work to with alongside my team.

      Cons

      Upper Management and Corporate are an absolute mess. They pretend to care about their employees, but they do not. They will throw any employee under the bus if it benefits them. They fired my partner out of the blue without working with him on things he could improve, after my partner was a loyal employee for 4+ years. Also they don't review payrates of current employees when increasing starting pay. I had to fight to get the increased minimum management pay when I'd been there for two years.
