Pros
Great coworkers and team environment. I was excited to come to work to with alongside my team.
Cons
Upper Management and Corporate are an absolute mess. They pretend to care about their employees, but they do not. They will throw any employee under the bus if it benefits them.
They fired my partner out of the blue without working with him on things he could improve, after my partner was a loyal employee for 4+ years.
Also they don't review payrates of current employees when increasing starting pay. I had to fight to get the increased minimum management pay when I'd been there for two years.
