Pros
> Pay is is slightly competitive being a few dollars above minimum wage. For an entry level position I guess that's cool. > Co-workers make the job somewhat bearable.
Cons
> Management is an absolute travesty: People moving up who shouldn't be, People who clearly deserve to be promoted being turned down because the amount of favoritism that goes in the company is unreal. > The 3 weeks of training for this position was an absolute joke, there is A LOT to learn and the trainers will leave you in the dust if you can't keep up. > The job itself is a nightmare, 8/10 calls you get will be some entitled old person who thinks they're smarter or 'more experienced' than you, and you're stuck dealing with that for the next 45 min - 2 hrs. This has to be the most draining/depressing position I have ever worked.
